Cables and bands are great tools for multiplanar movements (think of a golf swing) as well as linear movements. Cables and bands tend to offer constant tension while performing an exercise therefore increasing core strength and stabilization. Muscle growth, body control, and increased range of motion are just a few benefits of training with cables and bands.
