My Message To You
It makes no difference whether this is your first day or you’ve been in the game your whole life. We can all improve upon our health and fitness in some way.
Sometimes we may have to do all new exercises to shock the system and it could be as simple as going back to the basics with some minor tweaks here and there.The idea is not to overthink it.
One of the things I love most about the human body is that your body moves the same way mine does. My elbow can only move in certain direction and yours the same. Obviously injuries and other circumstances may change the strength or over range of motion but those are things that we work through.
I’m willing to work with anyone but the clients I enjoy the most are looking for change. They’re looking to improve their quality of life and have realized that a training regiment will help them do that.
If you are new to fitness and are nervous, don’t be. I know, easier said than done. Remember though, every single person in a gym has had a day 1. If you’re timid because of your current condition remember this is PERSONAL training in a studio not a big box gym. It’s just you and me. If you’re embarrassed because you don’t know what to do. Um hey you just hired me onto your team. It’s my job to teach you.
Make no mistake this is a team effort and WE will hit your goals working together as such.
Now let’s say you’ve been working out for awhile but aren’t making any more progress. There are a lot of variables as to why that is but again, we are a team and we will work together to find new ways to shock the system and get back to making positive change.
Bottom line is this is not a hobby for me. This is my career, my passion. I’m in this game for the long haul and I’m going to give you everything I’ve got to make sure you hit your goals. All I ask is that you do the same. Let’s get to work.
